  • It may be possible to cancel an order within 2 hours of it being placed. Please email us at info@ryvkstudio.com to request a cancellation.

  • We ship worldwide! We offer global shipping with delivery timeframes typically ranging from 7–15 days. 

  • Our products are made to order. Please expect your order to ship out in 3–5 business days.

  • We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other digital wallets for your convenience.

  • Please double-check your shipping address and check with neighbors or your local carrier. While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or tampered with after they have been marked as delivered.
